Return & Exchange Policy
At Aether Store, we are committed to providing our valued customers with an exceptional shopping experience, which includes a flexible and easy return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
- You may return your purchases within 6 hours from the time you receive your order. Returns are not accepted after this period, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories. Returns will not be accepted for items or shipments that are not in their original condition.
- If we receive any product that is opened or damaged, it will be considered damaged and cannot be returned or shipped back to the customer. The item will be disposed of.
- Aether Store will bear all return costs if the product received is defective or not in perfect condition.
- Any product defect must be reported within 6 hours of receiving the product, including sending a photo of the product and the outer shipping box.
Returns Are Not Accepted In The Following Cases:
- If the return request is made after 6 hours from the date of order receipt.
- If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as received.
- If the packaging or box of the product is damaged.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- Our team will reach out to confirm your return request.
- Some items, including bundles, refills, and Eid distributions, are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- For returns or exchanges within or outside Riyadh, a customer service representative will coordinate with you to determine the shipping company and the process for returning the item after direct communication.
- After your return is received at our headquarters and inspected, the refund will be processed within up to 14 business days.

Processing Time for Returns or Cancellations
- The processing time for a return or cancellation is 14 business days from the date the returned product is received at our location or from the date the return request is submitted, and after confirming the item is eligible for return.
Refund Process Depending on Payment Method
- For payments made via Mada, Visa, or MasterCard, the refund will be issued to the same card used in the purchase. This process may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s procedure.
- For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, the refund will be processed through their respective platforms and may also take up to 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and the order status is updated on our store. The customer is responsible for following up on the refund through their Tabby or Tamara account.
Return & Shipping Fees
- Return or exchange requests after order receipt are subject to a fee of 56 SAR.
- Shipping and return fee: 56 SAR.
Cancellation Fees
- If you choose to cancel your order after it’s been created, we will do our best to cancel it at no cost to you, provided it hasn’t been prepared or had a shipping label issued yet.
- Cancellation Fees apply under these circumstances:
- If the order has been prepared or a shipping label has already been issued.
- If the shipped order is not received by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
- If the shipping company or delivery agent is unable to deliver the order due to reasons attributable to the customer, or if there are errors in the customer’s information that result in return or cancellation, the return and cancellation fees as described above will apply without exception.
- Entering correct address and contact information is the customer’s responsibility.
